We endeavour to satisfy our Residents but even in the best run Care Homes there may sometimes be occasions when you may feel that you need to raise an issue. To aid you with this the home has a complaints procedure that you can access. We welcome all comments and wish to hear any concerns that you have as early as possible. Please talk to either your keyworker, or the manager, who will listen to your concerns and act appropriately.
