The entire Baxendale team have one focus: always ensuring that our residents stay as healthy and happy as possible, are thriving and are getting the most out of their lives whilst they stay with us.
We’re one big family
Baxendale, a care home based near Barnet, has over 60 members of staff. 27 are dedicated to residential care, with 18 fulfilling domestic and kitchen duties.
Many of our team have been with us for over ten years – a reflection of both the ‘family’ feel of Baxendale and also the way that we care for our staff as well as residents.
Key personnel
Jacqui Gordon, our highly experienced care home manager, heads the Baxendale team and oversees the continual changes and improvements to our long term care home.
Jacqui is supported by her deputy manager, housekeeping manager, training officer, maintenance manager, team leaders and charity trustees.
